Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery in matters before state and federal courts, regulatory agencies, and other adjudicative bodies.
• Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.
• Build relationships with clients and work closely with them to ensure their legal rights are protected and that they get the best possible results.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of case laws, statutes, legal articles, codes and other relevant material to establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Draft and review various legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, contracts, etc.
• Provide legal advice to clients, present findings to colleagues, and represent clients in court during trials and hearings.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in law and the legal industry to enhance performance and provide top-notch services to clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Bar of Massachusetts
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research and outstanding legal writing skills.
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, showing initiative and drive.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
