Position Summary:

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychosocial support to a diverse population of adult patients with a range of mental and physical health concerns. This role focuses on individualized care that addresses emotional well-being, coping, and quality of life within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Clinicians will work with patients presenting with concerns including, but not limited to:

· Depression and anxiety

· Adjustment to chronic illness and aging

· Grief and loss

· Chronic pain and sleep difficulties

· Psychosocial stressors and life transitions

· Caregiver stress and support needs

The clinician will collaborate with internal providers and community resources to optimize patient outcomes and deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling

· Active and unrestricted California license in good standing (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LPC)

· Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience

· Strong foundation in CBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities

· Prior experience working with older adults is preferred

· Comfort and proficiency with telehealth service delivery

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Proficiency with electronic health record systems

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches

· Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans

· Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and external providers as needed

· Deliver services via in-person and telehealth platforms, as appropriate

· Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with licensure and best practices

· Estimated pay range : $50-90 per completed clinical hour
