AI Training Consultant (Claude / AI-Augmented Analysis) (Wilmington)

We are working with our client to locate an AI Training Consultant with strong domain expertise in AI-enabled training. This consultant will design, develop, and deliver advanced programs focused on AI-augmented analysis using Claude. This role will support Supply Chain teams in transitioning from basic prompt usage to agentic, multi-step analytical workflows powered by AI.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initially this will be a pilot (4-8 weeks) though there could be a potential extension if it is decided to roll this out to other roles within the organization

Hours: flexible and will depend on program scope

Location: Virtual for development of course and content, delivery will be onsite in Wilmington, MA.

Experience Required:

• Deep expertise in AI tools, specifically Anthropic Claude, with real-world application in data analysis and business workflows
• Proven experience designing and delivering training for medium to advanced AI users (not entry-level)
• Strong understanding of agentic AI workflows, multi-step reasoning, and autonomous analysis techniques
• Experience working with Supply Chain, Operations, or data-heavy business environments preferred
• Ability to create high-quality participant guides and structured learning materials
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel onsite and lead in-person training sessions
• Ability to operate independently and deliver polished, client-ready work

The pay range for this is engagement is expected to fall between $60.00 to $75.00 per hour. This project may ultimately be structured as a firm fixed price once scope is finalized. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
