Financial Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close activities for Global Services Finance
- Prepare and review journal entries including accruals and reclasses
- Refresh, maintain, and analyze recurring financial reports
- Perform OpEx forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Maintain and update GL mappings
- Track forecast risks and opportunities
- Support PO and invoice requests
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for leadership
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to support business operations
- Work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- OpEx management (reporting, forecasting & variance analysis)
- Advanced Excel skills including power pivots and handling large datasets
- Oracle or similar ERP system experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
- Financial reporting and forecasting experience
- Journal entry preparation and reconciliation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in roles such as: Financial Analyst Financial Analyst II Accountant Senior Accountant
