Residential HVAC Service Tech

$40-50/hr + SPIFFs & Commission | Full-Time | Dracut, MA

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
• Communicate with leadership regarding field feedback, inventory needs, and process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude

Preferred (But Not Required)

• NATE Certification
• HVAC trade school education
• Experience with sheet metal or air balancing
