Responsibilities
As a Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and updating rental property information into our internal databases and various online listing platforms.
- Writing clear, professional, and engaging property descriptions that highlight key features and attract prospective tenants.
- Uploading high-quality photographs, floor plans, and other media for each property listing.
- Conducting regular audits of existing listings to ensure all information, including pricing and availability, is current and correct.
- Performing quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or errors promptly.
- Collaborating with property managers and leasing agents to gather all necessary details for new and updated listings.
- Maintaining organised and systematic digital records of all property data and related documentation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role where accuracy is paramount.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and a high level of computer literacy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- The ability to work independently and manage a consistent workload with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management sector is highly desirable but not essential.
