Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Intern to join our Corporate Finance team in a fully remote capacity.

The Corporate Tax Intern will support the Corporate Tax team in preparing international tax filings required to accompany the federal income tax return. The intern will also assist in developing new schedules and workpapers to reflect updates to U.S. tax compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting research on international tax matters, changes to U.S. tax compliance rules, and developments in U.S. tax reform.

This internship may be part time or full time, beginning in March or early April 2026, with flexible start and end dates.

Job Qualifications

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Corporate Tax Intern position:

• Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Tax, or some other related discipline.

• Completion of Sophomore year

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail

The pay range for this position is $25.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa.
