Accounting Manager $130 - $140K + 15% bonus
What we offer:
- Competitive Pay of $130,000 - $140,000 base + 15% bonus target
- Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements, budgets, and compliance reports
- Lead presentations on operating results to Senior Management
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Work closely with Corporate Accounting, Lease Admin, and Property Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years in property accounting (Commercial Real Estate a plus)
- Strong Excel skills, Yardi experience preferred
