Campaign Operations Manager
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to lead and manage critical marketing processes and tools. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expertise in Marketo and strong project management skills. The Campaign Operations Manager will act as a player/coach, balancing execution with leadership responsibilities, and ensuring operational excellence across marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Marketo operations, including campaign setup and optimization
- Oversee project management for marketing processes using Monday.com, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on marketing emails to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Drive process adherence-hold teams accountable for completing required steps and documentation
- Manage inbound requests and serve as a service function for cross-functional teams
- Build strong relationships and confidently push back when necessary to maintain process integrity
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Marketo (required)
- Strong experience with Monday.com for planning and project management
- Proven ability to perform QA on emails and maintain high standards
- Process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
- Cross-functional teamwork experience-comfortable working with multiple teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce is nice to have
