The Growth Marketing Manager will leverage Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA) to lead complex business/technical integrations and impact client products through data-driven decisions. You will help clients adopt and leverage Adobe technologies as we launch their digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy and execution projects across client apps and MarTech tools (Braze, Marketo, Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Punchh).
• Required: Adobe Experience Platform components (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA).
• Drive ongoing client success by defining scope of engagements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Coach project teams and mentor the Growth team to ensure client success, with emphasis on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Lead discovery engagements to learn client goals and determine optimal marketing tech stacks, focusing on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Train clients on their marketing tech stack, including Adobe tools, and advise on best practices for optimization and scaling.
• Lead ongoing marketing service engagements with clients, including push and email campaigns, outcomes-based analytics, and data reporting to demonstrate ROI.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on creative assets and content development.
• Resolve inquiries from basic education to technical operations related to Adobe Experience Platform applications.
• Develop and launch multi-channel marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention using Adobe Experience Platform applications.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to develop customized marketing solutions with focus on Adobe technologies.
• Analyze marketing performance by audience segment and optimize customer experience, personalization, and relevance using AEP data.
• Travel to client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing marketing strategy role with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA).
• Proven ability to deploy campaigns in customer engagement platforms.
• Experience leading multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders, particularly involving AEP.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for emails, landing pages, content cards, and in-app messages.
• Experience planning and deploying integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, or customer lifetime value using AEP.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: audience segmentation, personalization, retargeting, exclusions, etc., focused on AEP.
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Empathetic to client needs and capable of helping find solutions related to AEP applications.

• Compensation is based on factors including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons determined during the interview process. WillowTree conducts regular compensation reviews to drive pay equity.

USA Pay Range: $95,000 — $127,000 USD
