Compensation Analyst

Position Overview for the Compensation Analyst :
The ideal candidate is an experienced compensation professional (5+ years) with strong expertise in market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structures, who is highly analytical and detail-oriented. They are comfortable managing offers, promotions, and annual compensation cycles, using tools like Excel and Workday to analyze pay data, ensure equity, and support compliant decision-making.
Required Skills for the Compensation Analyst :
- 5+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience in corporate environments.
- 3+ years of experience working with compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay structures
- 2+ years of experience working with compensation surveys and HR systems (Workday).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
