Paralegal

A fast-growing law firm in MetroWest Massachusetts is looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join their team! This is more than just a support role - this person will be the heart of daily operations , working closely with attorneys and clients while playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth and process improvement.

The ideal candidate brings initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to take ownership of their work. Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and/or employment law are highly preferred!

Key Responsibilities:

• • Greet office visitors and clients; answer phones and respond to emails promptly
  • Conduct client intake, including tracking medical treatments and providers
  • Support multiple attorneys with scheduling meetings and managing court dockets
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather information
  • E-file pleadings and court documents
  • Draft motions and assist with legal document preparation
  • Coordinate the collection of medical records
  • Organize and manage case files and deadlines
  • Bonus: Ability to prepare medical chronologies is a major plus!
