General Purpose:
Makes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with
hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and
genuine interactions.
Essential Duties:
- Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
- Assists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu
- Assists department leaders with Social Media schedule and creation of content
- Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
- Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
- Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
- Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
- Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
- Serves meals to guests.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Certificates/Licenses:
ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and current trends in industry and marketplace
- Possesses the knowledge of cocktail recipes
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to company values
- Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organizations employees, clients and vendors
- Fluent in English speaking, writing and understanding
- Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems (e.g. Toast , Aloha, Micros, etc.)
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, talks, listens, and uses hands. Regularly reaches with hands and arms.
Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits. Frequently lifts
up to 25 pounds. Occasionally may lift up to 50 pounds.
