Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.

  • Service Explanation: Explain product features, services, and procedures to customers.
  • Quote/Contract Preparation: Provide residential customers with quotes and service contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain customer records and document interactions in CRM software.
