Associate Dentist

Location: Chelmsford, Wilmington, Southborough, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - (No weekends & No on-call)

Patient Population

• Adolescents and adults

• Limited pediatric patients

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join a well-established outpatient dental practice with multiple locations in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care, building lasting patient relationships, and working collaboratively with an experienced clinical team. This opportunity offers a modern practice environment, strong clinical support, and an established patient base.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.

• Develop and present individualized treatment plans.

• Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures.

• Perform crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures.

• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care.

• Review diagnostic imaging and formulate appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure quality patient care.

• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

• Active Massachusetts Dental License or eligibility to obtain one.

• Experience in general dentistry preferred.

• New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.

• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
