Registered Nurse- Cardiac Cath Lab (Day Shift)

Location: Beverly, MA 01915

Duration: 13 weeks

Contract Type: Travel No local candidates

Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, Days (7:00 AM 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $3,040 - $3,280; (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses throughout procedures.
• Assist with cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and balloon pump procedures.
• Respond to emergent situations and participate in STEMI call coverage.
• Administer medications and monitor patient recovery post-procedure.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive cardiac care.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC.
• Participate in maintaining and preparing specialized equipment.
• Maintain readiness for on-call duties and quick response time.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( BSN preferred )

Required Experience:

• Cath Lab experience
• Proficient in balloon pump operations

Preferred Experience:

• Interventional radiology experience
• Previous travel nursing experience

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN License (must be active)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)-required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)-required
