Overview:

A well-established and growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Woburn, MA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist/Clinic Director or Lead Physical Therapist to join the team. Full-time, 40 hours per week is required.

The ideal candidate is personable, collaborative, and an effective communicator, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Caseload / Patient Population:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic with a primarily geriatric patient population. The caseload includes general orthopedics along with balance and vestibular conditions. Full-time clinicians typically treat approximately 60 patients per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position offers compensation in the range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for training and continuing education.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends, no major holidays. The work schedule is flexible based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for MA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Prior neuro and vestibular experience is preferred.

• 4+ years of experience are required.

• 10+ years of experience is preferred.

• Full-time is required, 40 hours per week are available.
