Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Embrace an exciting opportunity to support students and schools through a flexible, part-time speech-language pathology contract. This assignment runs from May 11th through June 11th, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference while balancing your other commitments. You’ll provide essential services over three days each week, stepping in during a period of leave coverage where your expertise will be genuinely valued.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfort working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering services virtually
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, direct interventions, and progress monitoring for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and other support staff
- Complete timely documentation and contribute to IEP development
- Utilize a combination of in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with families and faculty to support student success
