This is a commission-driven role designed for serious earners who want to leverage a trusted brand, proven systems, and high-value projects to build a substantial income.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business
• Build relationships
• Prepare Estimates
• Conduct site visits
• Manage CRM pipeline
• Coordinate with operations

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development (construction, home services, or related industry preferred)
