Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN / Per Diem
Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation
Whitinsville, MA
$60–$65/hour (PRN)
We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility while continuing to deliver high-quality rehab services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, strength, and pain management
- Supervise PTA staff and collaborate with the rehab team
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
