Real Estate Associate (Boston)
Position: Real Estate Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Experience Level: 3–5 Years
A global, AmLaw-ranked law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on sophisticated real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams on deal execution
- Support development and investment projects across various asset classes
✅ Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to waive in)
This role offers strong deal exposure, a collaborative team environment, and an opportunity to work on high-profile transactions.
Compensation: $260,000–$365,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market factors, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
