Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in the manufacturing and packaging industry.
Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, B2B sales strategies, and channel management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
