- Communicating issues with front of house and back of house.
- Make deciscions based on "What's best for the guest"
- Ensure order accuracy for all in house and to-go orders

- Allergen Certification will be required
- Ability to communicate in a busy kitchen environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be reliable
