Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Beverly, MA, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades 7-12 within a specialized therapeutic program. This contract role is designed to support a special needs population and requires collaboration with a team of experienced speech-language pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students in grades 7-12, focusing on diverse communication disorders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate closely with multiple SLPs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to students' therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
• Communicate effectively with educators, caregivers, and other support staff to enhance student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Certification of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with special needs populations in K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support students' diverse therapeutic needs.

Position Details:

• Location: Beverly, MA
• Contract term: ASAP through June 15, 2026
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week
• Serving grades: 7th through 12th within a therapeutic program
