If you are interested in joining a passionate and dedicated professional community, let's talk! **Qualifications** + Physical Therapist Program Graduate + Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible. + Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications. + Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance. + Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory + Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc. **Additional Information** We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
