Business Law Associate Attorney
Sherin and Lodgen is seeking a highly motivated Business Law Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Business Law Department.

Experience with business, corporate, and transactional law, as well as excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required. Preferred candidates will be highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn to manage matters from start to finish. The ability to work both independently and in teams is essential. Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
