Financial Reporting Analyst
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports in compliance with US GAAP, SEC and other financial reporting requirements
- Prepare required supporting schedules and documents and assess financial reporting information received from other functional areas and service providers
- Draft financial statement footnotes
- Assist in implementation and compliance with new and proposed accounting and reporting standards
- Complete account reconciliations on complex areas of accounting
- 5+ years of Mutual Fund Financial reporting experience
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
