The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a keen understanding of how visual communication drives brand building and business growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, communications, and operations teams to create compelling visual assets that enhance our brand, drive retail traffic, attract new clients, and support our sales efforts. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain unique brand guidelines for consistent execution across all Phoenix3 Collective brands and marketing materials.
- Design engaging and persuasive sales collateral that supports lead generation and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with the business development team to translate objectives into practical, impactful design solutions.
- Support field operations teams with ad hoc design requests for cafes and events.
- Partner with content creators, copywriters, sales leaders, brand strategists, and subject matter experts to produce integrated campaigns and creative assets.
- Contribute to visual concepts for new business pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with external vendors—agencies, printers, and freelancers—to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Work with marketing and operations colleagues to create impactful, artfully designed tools, materials, and signage that drive traffic and engagement while aligning with brand and client goals.
- Leverage innovative design formats (AI, AR, video) and platforms to tell brand stories and communicate value propositions effectively.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or business development environment.
- Experience in the restaurant and/or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required).
- Photography and videography experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for visual content creation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create innovative, visually appealing designs that tell a story across B2B and B2C platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, social, digital, and print.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
