A leading high-end residential landscape company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Branch Manager to oversee the maintenance division for its Plymouth, MA branch.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned territory, including financial performance, operational efficiency, employee development, client growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Role Overview
The Maintenance Branch Manager will lead the branch’s maintenance operations while partnering closely with senior leadership, account management, production, operations, and sales teams. This person will be accountable for ensuring profitable service delivery, strong client relationships, team development, and continued branch growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, train, and oversee Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Production Managers.
Collaborate with senior maintenance leadership on acquiring new clients and creating proposals.
Foster a strong branch culture focused on client satisfaction, employee retention, and long-term relationship building.
Participate in interviews and hiring efforts for branch staff at all levels.
Own branch-level P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and operational viability.
Lead job costing meetings and processes to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with branch goals.
Partner with the sales team to estimate, write, deliver, and close proposals related to landscape upgrades and maintenance packages.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive upsell initiatives and campaigns through Account Managers.
Work with operations leadership to forecast sales needs and maximize field labor utilization.
Oversee active collections for the branch.
Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy, quality, profitability, and process discipline.
Collaborate with the construction division during the later phases of projects to support maintenance conversions and provide a seamless client experience.
Communicate regularly with branch staff regarding service expectations, client experience standards, branch strengths, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a landscape-related field preferred, but not required with equivalent experience and training.
Valid driver’s license required.
5–8 years of experience within the landscape industry, ideally as an Account Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
Proven ability to manage clients, employees, and branch-level operations at a high level.

Comp : $125k - 135k
