General Manager, Sales Operations Manager

HOTWORX – Haverhill, MA

Pay: $22–$25 per hour + commission & performance bonuses

Estimated Total Compensation: $45,000–$55,000+

Hours: 25–30 hours per week

Job Description

HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio offering virtual HIIT, yoga, Pilates, and strength training workouts inside patented infrared saunas. We are opening a brand-new location in Haverhill, MA and are looking for a motivated, people-focused Studio Manager who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and earning through performance.

This role blends consultative sales and studio leadership. Success comes from educating prospective members, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right membership — not high-pressure selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce prospective members to the HOTWORX concept in a friendly, informative way
• Guide tours and consultations focused on individual fitness goals
• Follow up with leads and answer questions to support decision-making
• Support membership growth through consistent outreach and relationship building
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first visit onward
• Oversee daily studio operations during assigned shifts
• Open and close the studio and maintain cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling and supporting part-time staff
• Support local marketing, events, and community outreach

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer service
• Comfortable discussing memberships and working in a commission-based role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive, welcoming demeanor with a passion for health and wellness
• Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
