Auto Body Supplies and Paint, a family-owned business, is seeking a full-time Automotive Paint Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the aftermarket paint refinish process and will present themselves professionally to our customers. While prior experience with BASF products is preferred, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday in the Boston, North Shore and Southern NH market. Responsibilities Performing automotive paint refinishing tasks Presenting oneself professionally to customers Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines Managing time effectively and maintaining strong organizational skills Qualifications High School Education or equivalent Experience in automotive painting Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Ability to work well with minimal supervision Good communication skills Knowledge of BASF products (preferred but not required) Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
