Lead Receptionist
MUST HAVE PRIOR RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE + COMPUTER SKILLS
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr (full time position)
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00
Location: Boston, MA
Type: Temp to Engage
Visitor & Guest Management: Greeting everyone professionally, managing the daily guest list, and keeping the reception/seating areas spotless.
Security & Badging: Registering guests in the BXP security system, issuing facility access cards, requesting replacement badges, and onboarding new employees, temps, and contractors into the company’s badging and seating databases. Communication Hub: Routing incoming calls and voicemails coming in from all over the United States. They also need to manage and respond to the shared "reception" email inbox. Office Coordination: Booking meeting rooms via their reservation system, distributing monthly T-passes, and assisting with light admin work.
