Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Develop and manage individualized plans of care
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within PROMPT EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
• Participate in clinical quality initiatives

Leadership Responsibilities

• Mentor newer clinicians and students
• Participate in recruiting and retention initiatives
• Support clinical education and development programs
• Assist with specialty program growth and development
• Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities
• Help strengthen CPT's culture and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum 3+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Interest in mentorship, education, and professional development
• Specialty certifications or advanced training are welcomed but not required
