Full Time Nanny/ Household Manager
FULL-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT LOCATION: Chestnut Hill, MA
ABOUT THE FAMILY
We are a busy professional household with children looking for a skilled, proactive Family Assistant to join our team long-term. We value initiative, warmth, and a genuine love of keeping a household running smoothly. The right person takes ownership, anticipates needs, and finds satisfaction in making a family's life easier.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Childcare: school launch, afternoon transportation, activity support, and engaged after-school care
- Household management: organization, errands, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and supply management
- Light housekeeping: daily tidying, laundry, and kitchen cleanup
- Vendor and tradesperson coordination
- Flexibility for weekend support on occasion
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in a comparable family assistant or household management role
- College-educated preferred
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized
- Steady and flexible in a fast-moving household
- Strong independent judgment - able to take a task from start to finish
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Fully vaccinated
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age
- Long-term commitment preferred
