HRSD ServiceNow Developer
Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, are hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join their team in Cambridge, MA on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Customize and configure HRSD modules to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
Implement and optimize HRSD processes to streamline and improve HR service delivery.
Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and external applications as needed.
Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, architects and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations and integrations.
Document HRSD processes and workflows for reference and training purposes.
Skillset
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HRSD.
Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes.
Experience with ServiceNow platform modules, including Incident Management, Request Management and Knowledge Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
