Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial sites according to site maps and instructions.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift.
• Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity and duration of snow events.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours.
• Reliable transportation to assigned commercial sites within the Dedham, Waltham, Framingham, Westborough, and Worcester areas.

Compensation
