Sr Loss Prevention IT Security Eng requires:
-Access Control: AMAG, Genetec (required), Lenel
-Video Management: Genetec (required), Axis, Avigilon
-Intrusion Detection: DMP, Bosch
-Install Security Systems Software onto a server (i.e., Genetec (required), Lenel, Salient. Omnicast, Synergis, etc.)
-Knowledge of configuring various Security Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems. (required)
-Genetec certifications (preferred)
-Retail industry
-Experienced in compliance best practices for technology platforms
-Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile Methodologies (preferred)
-Solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, subnetting, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls, along with the ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures, including proficiency in network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls, while also possessing skills in network security, monitoring tools, and problem-solving to identify and resolve network issues effectively

Sr Loss Prevention IT Security Eng duties:
-Participate in the design and implementation of new access control and CCTV systems, including providing recommendations on hardware and software solutions
-Install, program and configure commercial electronic security systems for enterprise systems (door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, electronic locks, point sensors, signaling devices, etc.)
-Design, implement, and manage virtual machines (VMs) on a server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability by creating, configuring, and troubleshooting virtual environments across platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud-based solutions.
-Troubleshoot new security installations to ensure the systems are functioning properly and satisfy codes
-Facilitate communication of cameras and access control to the Security Systems Software
-Program and configure access control and CCTV systems, including hardware and software
