Job Description

The Warehouse Worker will efficiently manage the scanning and movement of packages using RF scanners and trucks in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for operating stand up, center rider, and order picker equipment. Additional duties include printing labels and wrapping orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners to scan packages.
• Use trucks to pick up and move pallets.
• Operate stand up, center rider, order picker (training provided).
• Print labels and wrap orders.
• Ensure efficient package handling and movement.

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience with forklifts and RF scan guns is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory, packing, and shipping processes.
• Experience in warehouse distribution and material handling.

Work Environment

The work schedule is primarily on the 3rd shift from 6 PM to 2:30 AM, with initial training on the 2nd shift from 10 AM to 6:30 PM for 1 to 4 weeks, depending on performance. Overtime is available and encouraged for those seeking permanent positions. The manufacturing environment is dynamic and can be messy due to paint processes, with a 10,000 square feet facility staffed by 40 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
