Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity offering up to $36/hr, based on experience. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance. Experience within the food and beverage industry is a plus. Responsibilities

• Compliance & Safety: Consistently uphold strict GMP and food safety standards; expertly execute LOTO (lockout/tagout) protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment.

• Technical Maintenance: Direct responsibility for equipment setup, precision adjustments, and complex troubleshooting, including full overhauls and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules.

• Fabrication & Repair: Skilled in the use of shop tools for cutting, grinding, and welding, with proficiency in drill press operations and light machining.

• Electrical & Digital Systems: Perform diagnostic repairs on electric motors and controls; leverage CMMS platforms to manage work orders, document technical history, and streamline parts procurement.

• Documentation & Adaptability: Interpret complex technical manuals and blueprints to guide repairs; maintain high performance across diverse environments, including extreme temperatures and high-humidity settings.
