• Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday–Friday)
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,176 – $2,417

Home Health RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health RN
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Needham Heights and the Greater Boston area
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and self-care techniques
• Travel locally to deliver in-home nursing care as part of a dedicated Massachusetts healthcare team
