Lead AI Subject Matter Expert (B2B, Nebius Academy)

What you will do:

• Provide expert consultation on program relevance, complexity levels, and market alignment
• Refine program focus areas, defining clear topic boundaries and required expertise depth
• Track emerging AI tools, platforms, LLMs, agents, and workflows, distinguishing production-ready technologies from hype
• Recommend curriculum updates based on industry evolution and best practices
• Support sourcing and recruitment of subject matter experts
• Conduct technical validation interviews to assess hands-on experience and expertise depth
• Evaluate expert fit for specific program topics and difficulty levels
• Review curricula for logical structure, completeness, and industry relevance
• Validate difficulty levels and alignment between learning outcomes and program goals
• Participate in discovery calls and translate client business needs into technical and educational requirements
• Provide expert guidance on tools, workflows, and implementation contexts during custom program development

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in IT / Software Engineering / AI-related roles
• Hands-on experience with: AI / ML / LLM systems, engineering and QA processes
• Deep understanding of AI trends with continuous trend monitoring
• Experience in: conducting technical interviews, expert assessment and validation, working with business and corporate clients
• Ability to quickly onboard into new technical contexts
• English fluency B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps
• Participation in AI transformation or consulting projects
• Experience with custom or corporate training programs
• Strong professional network within the AI/IT community
