Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fencing Project Manager position include:- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fence and guardrail industry, preferably with commercial chain-link fencing- Proficiency in Bluebeam and familiarity with CAD-like software; ERP system experience a plus, especially CloudSuite Industrial- Ability to oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring proper materials and crew coordination- Conduct regular job site visits (approximately 50% of time) for measurements, change orders, and quality assurance- Work closely with installation crews during early morning hours (7 AM start) to review daily lineups- Manage various state, municipal, and corporate contracts with attention to historical and regulatory considerations- No formal degree or licensure required; industry and materials knowledge are essential- Vehicle provided after 1-month training period; dispatching from home to job sites post-trainingSalary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
