As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you’ll be the face of Noodle Lab — welcoming guests, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring every order is accurate and beautifully presented. You’ll work closely with our kitchen and management team to maintain smooth service flow and uphold our brand standards.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations

• Operate Clover POS system for dine‑in and takeout orders

• Manage order tickets and coordinate with kitchen staff

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, beverage station, and pickup counter

• Restock paper containers, utensils, and beverages throughout the shift

• Assist with packaging and presentation for takeout orders

• Support opening and closing procedures

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Prior experience in fast‑casual or full‑service restaurant preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Availability for weekends and evenings

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both teammates and guests.

• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet minimum age requirements per applicable local law).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in high volume fast casual/quick service, Asian cuisine, noodle dishes, or ramen concepts is a significant plus.

• Working knowledge of common food allergens and dietary restrictions (gluten, shellfish, nuts, dairy, soy, etc.).

• Cash handling experience and solid basic math and change-counting skills.

Work Environment

• Supportive, team-oriented environment where every team member is valued

• Customer-facing counter and kitchen environment; extended periods of standing are required throughout shifts.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of routine kitchen and service duties.

• Exposure to high temperatures, commercial kitchen equipment, and fast-paced service conditions is expected.

• Frequent movement between front-of-house and kitchen areas throughout each shift
