Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy care to adult and pediatric patients preferred.
• Experience evaluating patients, establishing measurable functional goals, and documenting objective progress required.
• Experience administering diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests preferred.
• Ability to develop and modify treatment plans and to instruct patients and families on therapeutic procedures required.
• Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams required.
• Ability to provide supervision and direction to PT assistants, aides, and students preferred.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8.
• Floating: May be required to float to other local facilities as needed.
