• Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and charting.
• Capture digital radiographs
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventative care for long-term oral health.
• Apply fluoride and other caries-preventive agents as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile operatory, adhering to all infection control protocols.
• Assist the dentist with examinations and various dental procedures when required.
• Accurately and efficiently document all patient care and treatment details.
• Sterilize dental instruments
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

• Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure in Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Schedule:

• Part-time position

• Hours will vary based on patient scheduling and availability. Flexibility is appreciated.
