About the Role
Boustris & Sons is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support and grow relationships with property managers, maintenance directors, facilities contacts, and ownership groups across Massachusetts. This role will focus on growing our life safety service relationships and supporting our active customer base.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships
- Follow up on proposals, renewals, and service opportunities
- Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
- Coordinate with estimating, service, and operations teams
- Visit properties and maintain regular customer contact
- Support contract renewals and long-term account growth
- Represent Boustris & Sons professionally in meetings and the field
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Property management, construction, facilities, or life safety experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Candidates with at least 3 years of related experience are encouraged to apply
