What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join an NAMR People and Development Senior Specialist position located in Boston.

Key responsibilities include:

You will support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development. This includes supporting CDC meetings to ensure consistency in performance evaluation and collaboration, working closely with the regional CD team to ensure all aspects of the talent review processsuch as tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparationare submitted and completed accurately. Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant data (e.g., Workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate.

You will support the CDC processes and provide L&D feedback from CDC to help shape the overall talent strategy. You will support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting, also contribute to people-related projects as needed with the intention of becoming the regional POC for one or more of these pillars

What You'll Bring

  • 4-6 years experience in professional services environment, preferably in a people or recruiting function
  • Some experience in HR systems such as workday beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experienc

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

  • The base salary range for this role in Boston is $101,000.00 -$125,000.00.

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
