Why join us?* Competitive Compensation and Benefits Job Details Job Details: We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our event services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the event industry. This role will focus on driving sales and revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing key customer relationships. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating proposals to secure profitable business deals.
3. Utilize CRM software, HubSpot and ZoomInfo to manage and track sales activities, forecast sales, and develop sales reports.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through effective prospecting skills.
5. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly.
6. Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players to expand network connections.
7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's services and generate leads.
8. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
9. Provide regular sales updates to the senior management team, including sales forecasts and progress towards sales objectives. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, preferably within the meetings or event industry.
3. Proficiency in CRM software, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
4. Strong prospecting skills and the ability to identify and qualify opportunities.
5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
6. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
8. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
