EASTHAMPTON General Field Crew General field crew positions are full
time and a great fit for someone looking to gain exposure to many aspects of the farming operation including transplanting, weeding, planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, washing and packing of produce. Applicants should be hard working, reliable, and able to work for long days in all weather conditions. We work with a very experienced, tight knit crew with an emphasis on efficiency and mechanization where possible. We are looking for applicants who are interested in gaining experience in the logistics and the hard work of operating a successful farming operation. Field crew positions can have a flexible start and end date depending on applicant needs. Some farm experience preferred. Some more details: 5 days / week, plus every other Saturday Work with wonderful established crew (primary Spanish speaking) Must have valid and current driver\'s license 18\$/Hour (plus so many vegetables!)
