Kelly Services is partnering with a college who is looking for a Administrative Assistant in Milton, MA.

  • Shift: 8-5pm
  • Pay: $25

Responsibilities:

The position plays a central role in supporting prospective student recruitment, enrollment activities, faculty, and cross-departmental administrative operations. This individual manages the Student Ambassador Program, provides direct support for departmental budgets and purchasing, and assists with event planning and communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for telephone and email inquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors, prospective students, and their families.
  • Train and supervise student workers on front desk protocols.
Student Enrollment Support
  • Maintain and update the PAL Master List for student enrollments, pre-registration, and registration.
  • Safeguard and update confidential departmental and student records.
  • Respond to alumni requests for verification and disability documentation.
Summer PAL Program Support
  • Coordinate student communications, applications, registration, travel, and medical documentation for the Summer PAL Program.
  • Manage program communication via college email and information systems.
  • Process and register student enrollments in all relevant courses and sessions.
  • Assist with logistics, including booking field trips and supporting program coordinators.
Daily Operations Support
  • Provide daily administrative support for the Director and the PAL office.
  • Organize departmental events, including catering, materials, and logistical needs
Student Ambassador Program Oversight
  • Oversee all aspects of the Student Ambassador Program: recruitment, meetings, HR paperwork, timecard approval, and program evaluation.
  • Guide student ambassadors in facilitating campus tours, event planning, and social media campaigns
Qualifications
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in higher education or academic programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office technology and information management systems.
